Preschool fun

I decided to sprinkle in some pre-school activities for our 3 year old when he is home during school time. I love the Letter of the Week curriculum at Confessions of a Homeschooler. I am going to follow the excellent lesson plans that were included, but will spread it out, picking the next days lesson when we have a day together.

Today we started with the letter A. He enjoyed lacing his apple - he did great for only his second time lacing!

He used his dot paint to "color" the apples on his color page, and had fun tracing the letters.

They had fun doing school together. I printed out a color page for them both to work on while I read our bible chapter today, which worked out well.

And while we watched Leapfrog "Letter Factory" we had our snack - an apple of course!
